Help me get on my feet after domestic violence

I fell in love with an abusive alcoholic who started beating me after we had our first child together, Tristan. Finally enough was enough and I called the cops on him and got a restraining order. I had been on maternity leave and am not working currently. I am trying my hardest to find a job so I can pay my rent and make sure my little boy has formula and diapers. After throwing my ex out the door I’m faced with a scary reality that I didn’t want to face alone. Please help me get back on my feet as I look for a job.
