Extra Bag of Supplies to Guatemala

My name is Jennifer, and I'm a Spanish interpreter about to embark on my first international mission in Comitancillo, Guatemala, with the organization Dentistry for All from February 17-29, 2016.
In addition to assisting the dental group with interpreting and translation skills, I want to do more. I am raising money to purchase general supplies for the clinic, as well as items for the rural families we serve -- families who will walk hours to reach our modest dental facilities; families whose children have been suffering severe tooth decay and gum disease; families who have no other access to dental care. Your donation can help make a real difference in the lives of these families.
Purchasing supplies is one reason I am seeking donations. Another obstacle is the cost of transporting said supplies - frankly, it will cost $50 per checked bag of luggage. If you prefer, you can donate directly to Dentistry for All on my behalf -- the money raised will go toward the cost of much-needed dental equipment, such as a new compressor.
Your contribution to this cause would mean so much to me because participating in an international mission has always been a dream of mine, and while in Guatemala, I want to make as big of an impact as I can. In order to acheive this, I'll need the support and generosity of people like you.
