Help me get back home

Hi everyone, my name is Alejandra and I wanted to see if I could reach out to get some help fundraising money for me to get a lawyer and help me get me back home to my family in the US.

I was born in Lagos De Moreno Jalisco Mexico and I came into the US in 2006. Ever since I have made sure I take advantage of the many opportunities given to me by working extremely hard for everything I now have. I was working as a nurse assistant for Hospice care because I’ve always had a heart caring for others who are no longer able to care for themselves. My dream was to continue working in the medical field as an RN. My mom, sisters, and I have had to live through many difficulties and always have managed to get through them. But now we are struggling more then ever because of the lack of fairness/justice this country(US) has failed to provide me with.

My father is a US Citizen so I am able to get my citizenship. In 2019 he filed a family petition with US immigration to help me get my citizenship. Everything got approved but the US required me to go to City of Juarez Mexico to do an interview and then get my residency and then go back home. 4 months ago I left the US and went to my interview. The Immigration Official denied my residency because he said I was in the US unlawful for more than a year, therefore I could not get my residency approved. But I already had a Visa while living in the US so I did NOT have any unlawful presence in the US. Since my visa was denied I was not able to get back to the US. The lawyer I currently have has failed me in so many ways. He failed to send me to my interview with important paperwork and never answers my calls when I need him. I now have to stay in Mexico for another 2-3 years because the US has everything backed up because of the pandemic. Unfortunately I don’t have any family in Mexico that can help me financially and I basically have to start from everything from scratch. I have to get a job, find some place to live, and still figure out how to get another lawyer. My mom already has so much on her back and it’s very hard for her to support me financially with all the cost. The most important thing for me right now to get a new lawyer so I can start a new case to help me get back home as soon as possible.
