Fire damage

Hello, if you have reached here you may well know me Stephen Brook my partner Donna Holgate and our son Thomas Holgate. On wednesday the 8th of feb 2023 a fire started in the spare room as our family was about to embark on our daily schedule. The fire completely devestated the upstairs of our family home destroying pressure items that can never be recovered or replaced and leaving us with no where permenant to live.

The last thing i wanted to do was start this page but i had to spend the very last of our money on buying a caravan so i can at least put a roof over our heads, the main reason i am starting this is to try raise some money to replace the things in Thomas' bedroom, we need him to be able to live as normal a life as possible so that his studys and such can continue as normal. In the fire his computer system was broken which he relys on for school homework, entertainment and contact with his friends.

All me and Donna want in this world is for our son to grow up and do well in life. We can live with little but if you want to help and make his life just a little bit more normal we would really appreciate the help as we have tried other sources such as the council and was basically turned away because we have the decency to go to work everyday.

In return for the donations made to this page i promise that by the end of January 2024 i will donate £300 myself to Cancer Research UK as i am hoping by then we will have made our way back to some normality.
