Jack's Medical Fund

Jack Gause graduated from Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado in 2014 and went on to attend Colorado State University. He is a proud member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity in which he actively participates. Jack has always embraced a spirit of adventure, hiking, camping and enjoying the great outdoors. During this past summer, Jack embarked on a road trip with some childhood friends, driving to California for a few days. Upon their return trip home, they were in a severe rollover car accident on I-70 in which Jack was critically injured as was one of his dear friends that was also in the car. Tragically the third passenger, who was also Jack’s very close friend, did not survive. After spending time in intensive care at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction due to substantial injuries, Jack was finally able to return home and begin his rehabilitation and recovery process. The medical bills to cover his stay at the hospital, and the subsequent and ongoing rehabilitation, have been staggering. While Jack has had to opt out of classes for the fall semester as he works on his recovery, he is anxious to return to school for the spring of 2016 semester. Please join the brothers of Phi Delta Theta at Colorado State University and participate in Jog for Jack, a 5K fundraiser on the Colorado State University campus to assist with raising funds to offset the financial costs for Jack and his family and show support for Jack’s tremendous strength and spirit. If you can not make it to the event it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to donate via Go Fund Me to give a helping hand.
