Help Audrey get to the World Championships!

Meet my friend Audrey Wilson from Salt Lake City,  Utah.  She is on her way to the World Championship in Fly Casting in Gaustablikk, Norway. For the past 15 years, she has honed her fly fishing skills and focused her mind on winning the Trout Accuracy/precision, Trout Distance, and Sea Trout Distance fly casting events during August 10-14, 2022.

She also serves as the Utah Director for a non-profit, Casting for Recovery, and is a dedicated civil servant leader with the United States Air Force.

I’m so inspired by her passion to give back, and her spirit that inspires others to achieve their goals too. This journey to the World Championship goes beyond the actual event. I hope you’ll join along with me on her journey.

Audrey's been training specifically for the Worlds for the last three years, waiting for the opportunity to arrive since being cancelled due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. Her 2019 Silver Medal in the National Championships behind Maxine McCormick lit the fire, and set her goal in motion to compete with the best in the WORLD. 

Monetary costs include back/forth trips to Cali to train with USA Team; coaching, equipment, transportation, lodging, food, other competition events, etc. and as been 100% her expense thus far.

I am trying to raise funds to not only support Audrey’s dream to compete but her dream to make an impact on others along the way. Anything helps!
