Ash’s Top Surgery Fund

Hi I’m Ash a transgender man (he/him), I’m 18 and from London. I am planning to have top surgery at some point this/next year and need help financially.

This procedure will not only alleviate the distress I endure with gender dysphoria, but help me live my life more freely.
I’m currently 15 months on testosterone, I have had to pursue my transition privately due to my age, The lack of funding and lengthy waiting lists on the NHS. I hope that getting chest masculinising surgery private can take pressure off of these services as well be more time affective for me and my wellbeing.
After years of discomfort and since only being 18 it has been restricted to my options as a young trans man to seek the medical side of my transition, I have been out as trans since November 2015 when I was 13. I have worn a chest compression binder from that time but these come with risk and damage, I have possibly permanently damaged ribs and affected breathing. I experience a lot of body dysphoria surrounding my chest. Please feel free to read more about the surgery here;

I hope to raise funds towards the total of my surgery as well as finding ways to fund myself.
