Prayers, Love And Support For Paty

Hello, Until just a few months ago my friend Paty, 39, a house wife mother of two boys, Gustavo 12, and David 10 spent most of her free time doing what she is oh so passionate about, lifting heavy things (weights), going on long morning or evening hikes and inspiring others to lift heavy things as well and to live an active, healthy, goal oriented life. Paty has a level of energy I have never seen in anybody. Always so happy and so positive with the biggest smile and even bigger heart. She's always had a clear vision of the goals she has for herself, one of them is to open her own gym so she can have the chance to help others live a healthy, active life. Then came July 2016 and everything suddenly changed when she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer at 38 years old. She did not have medical insurance so she decided to get treatment in Mexico. She came home to California after receiving five chemotherapy treatments and 25 radiation treatments. She was so happy to come home to her kids. Her doctor told her to go back in three months to get tested and make sure she was Cancer free but a month shy of the three months she started experiencing awful abdominal pain and other symptoms. She now has medical insurance so she went to the hospital. After almost two months of excruciating pain, many visits to the ER and four biopsies she received the bad news. The Cancer was still there and was now spreading. Doctor said surgery is not an option. Chemotherapy, the doctor says is all they can do. He offered no real hope. Her husband immediately started looking for second opinions and other medical options. He read about Alternative Cancer Treatments being performed in Mexico, using methods not yet being done here in the States. Only thing is that medical insurance does not cover such treatments so she needs our help in raising the funds she needs to pay for them. Please, no donation is too small. Every dollar counts.
