Medical Expenses

A dear friend of mine Mrs. Kay Lamberton, was unfortunately diagnosed a second time with breast cancer, doctors saying it is Invasive Mammary Carcinoma. She works a daily job as the receptionist at Rebound Behavioral Health and her husband is on social security so like any normal family, they pay there bills and live off their remainder. Her last surgery took a huge toll on them financially and once again, this one is not looking much better.
They have given her a surgery date for June 10th, this time unfortunately she will have to have a mastectomy of the left breast. Novant Health will be filing her insurance, however after that she has a fairly large out of pocket cost left over and a few nights stay in the hospital and then she will be out of work for at least 6 weeks during her recovery.
This GoFundMe will go to Mike and Kay to help them pay towards their out of pocket costs, Mike's travel and stay to Charlotte to the hospital while Mrs. Kay is there and then what other expenses and bills they may occur.
