On July 4th through July 15th Derek and I (Danielle) will be working with The SEED Group in India to bring the hope of the Gospel to children and families there. We will partner with full time missionaries in their work at a safe home with girls brought out of prostitution, as well as visiting villages with people deemed "untouchables" by the India Caste system, and villages where the main source of income is through child sex workers.
The SEED Groups mission is to ultimately bring the hope of Jesus to these communities, that they would know their worth and value as God's children, and to raise up leaders who would plant churches in the area to support the villages. The SEED Group works in the villages through child and village sponsorships. This allows them to be able to enter the villages and lives of these families with purpose and real help that will bring these families some economic relief, allowing them time to move out of darkness into light!
It is our joy to assist in the amazing work the SEED Group has begun there and to bring encouragement to the full time missionaries there as well!
We would love for you to partner with us in what God's doing in India! We all have an integral part to play in God's plan to save the lost.
