Help Aiyana get to Costa Rica

Hi! My name is Aiyana Dyami and I’m a junior in high school. I got accepted to travel to Turrialba, Costa Rica through a leadership program called Global Glimpse. Through the program, I will travel with a group of peers from different schools in Western MA to Costa Rica for 14 days to learn more about leadership as part of a global community.

The program provides the opportunity to meet local leaders and spend time with community members to better understand their life and perspective, which something I highly value. As part of Global Glimpse, I will also have the chance to participate in 20 hours of service learning by partnering with a local organization in a sustainable service project. By participating in the program, I can gain a global perspective and leadership skills that I can take with me throughout my college career and into adulthood.

The program has given me a generous partial scholarship but I still have $900 left to fundraise by the end of the semester, so any donation helps.
