Baby Zaynab Jafri Funeral & Charity

Our baby Zainab Jafri was born at 1:46am on 3/19/2017. Sadly Zaynab is no longer with us, she gave us 14 glorious hours and decided to return back to heaven. She was diagnosed with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), which inhibited her lung development and impaired her ability to breath. Each year 1 out of 1600 babies are affected by CDH in the US, impacting families across the country. The causes are unknown and research is continuously being done to identify reasons. This is certainly painful but at the same time we are grateful for the experience of learning about life and death from Zaynab. We have an amazing support structure in our family and friends who are here for us, giving us a backbone.We're setting up this GoFundMe campaign in baby Zaynab's name in order to help raise funds for her funeral costs and selected charities so that the light she brought into our lives carries on shinning. A portion of amount gathered will be also donated towards Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) research and charities for children in Zaynab's name We appreciate your help in attaining our goal of memorializing Zaynab's name.
