Help Restore a First-Time Trans Homeowner's Sanctuary

I am a transmasc first-time homeowner!
Even in the short months since I've moved in, I've been able to provide a safe space for my queer community. Whether it's intentional community gathering or housing emergencies, having this space has benefited both myself and the people around me.
Unfortunately, this house was previously owned by a landlord who did not care for the house and left several repairs - minor and major - undone. Much of my savings have already gone to several urgent updates, but there's still a few big ones that need attention. Particularly, there's significant foundation and insulation issues that need to be addressed in order to ensure this house will be a safe space for a long time.
I have yet to know the full extent of the costs, but I do know that my initial ask of $5,000 isn't enough to cover the repairs. However, that will help with down payments and the first few months of paying off financing as I build my savings back from the initial purchase.
UPDATE: I received the official quote on the amount to make the repairs: $85k. There is a loan I can apply for that will help $75k of that, so I will need $10,000 in order to go through with it.
Genuinely, anything helps.
