Elian Feliciano Bazan is from Rio Grande City.He was hospitalized at Rio Grande Regional Hospital and due to extreme complications in his liver he has been transferred over to University Transplant Center in San Antonio Tx for a more extensive treatment. It has been very hard on his parents to be so far away from home and with many expenses...any little bit helps!!!
