Joshua McGinnis Group Home

On March 20th 2017  Joshua McGinnis was gunned down in his own home by people he assumed were his friends, joshua McGinnis was a big hearted person and would do any and everything for the ones he loved and with no doubt the people he did not know, on March 25th 2017 Joshua McGinnis organs were donated to help save over 50 people's lives even in death he just kept on giving. Joshua McGinnis was the father of two beautiful children going to the park or just stopping by with wrapped gifts to surprise the little ones was just a normal day for Joshua. Joshua McGinnis loved to get calls from his "Big Guy" 3 year old Joshua JR. Many called him Cee Jay because with those big beautiful blue eyes you could "Always see Jay coming"





In 2009 Joshua picked up a passion for tattooing making his own body his story, if Joshua "Cee jay" loves you he definitely knew how to per-sway you into a tattoo! Joshua McGinnis left this world with a piece of him on many people. Now we see it was his way of letting those he loved know he will always be with us. Joshua McGinnis had a large family who truly loved him and sister and brothers whom he loved and admired dearly, nieces and nephews that loved uncle Jay, and beautiful mother who has been left heartbroken. Not only has this tragic even saddened our family but left many friends empty and hundreds of unanswered questions I am asking for any help you are able to give in order to help us provide Joshua McGinnis a proper memorial service, the death of Joshua was unexpected and we cannot do this on our own. He was a wonderful, caring, hard working person. He was a son, brother, nephew, and friend and the glue that kept our family together. My hope is that We can give him the funeral that exemplifies all that he was to me and the rest of our family.
