As many know for 2 weeks I took Layne to his doctor few different times stating something was wrong he was coughing and congested each time I was reassured he was fine just adjusted to the atmosphere so on Sept 20th I took him to a new doctor she listened to my concerns and agreed it was not normal and tan some test Layne was diagnosed with RSV! That next day we rushed him to children’s because he was turning purple breathing really fast and retracting extremely bad, after 6 days in the hospital the nurse that night decided we could be released, I was alittle concerned because his oxygen stats where still dipping here and there but she assured me it was normal and we where fine to go home (that was yesterday sept 26th) now Sept 27th We need all the prayers again, because around 2pm today I noticed Layne wasn’t breathing like he should and the owlet alerted me of his Oxygen stat being 87%, So I called his pcp to see if we could get in and she let me bring him right up, once at the office his Stat was then 84% and he had paused breathing a few times and she said she was afraid he was stopping his breathing because he was tiring out trying to maintaining it on his own, so from there they called for an ambulance and we where transferred here to Cooks Children’s again now we are here again and will take it day by day until we can go home again and hopefully never have to come back but until that day comes we will be strong and have faith! ✝️ But with the now ambulance ride, me not having been to work for a few weeks for maternity leave (unpaid) and now Seth having missed a full week of work and having to miss we are not sure how many more days/weeks of work, food and drinks expenses are about $80+ a day here at the hospital for all 3 meals for 2 people, daily life and house bills with kids to support at home we could really use any help to lower the stress on us here and how we will get everything paid, savings account is draining quick with all of this so sudden!
