Medical Expenses for Rick Gilbride

Rick Gilbride, my dad, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer Christmas time 2016 which had already metastasized to his liver by the time it was discovered. Due to the fact that it was found so late in its progress, the prognosis is extremely poor. He has visited Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and has been treated with 3 different types of chemo, and more recently radiation. Rick has not been able to work since the diagnosis and has been on medical leave which means he is losing a lot of the money he would earn were he to be able to work. Rick was the primary worker in the family due to younger children. Since then my mother has been working at Benson High School to help with better insurance. My parents, Rick and Shannon, have been married for 18 years and have 7 children:Cassidy, 24. Me, Kayla, 22. Cassidy is a full time childcare provider while I am starting a new job. Claudia, 18, is currently a senior at Roncalli and planning to attend Lincoln in the fall. Drake, 16, a freshman at Roncalli; Roman, 13; Khloe, 9; Maxximus, 7. all 4 attend St. James. All of whom keep my parents extremely busy! We are hoping to keep our dad around as long as possible and would appreciate any kind of help we can get! Thank you!
