Need Help with Hospital Bills

Hi, my name is Rev.Samuel Oteng and I am collecting donations for Neva Glenn Jason, out of the country patient. She came in Canada as a worker, worked as a caregiver and now is processing her residency and still waiting for the approval. Her Alberta Health care was expired and she can not work because she needs to wait for her residency to get approved. She was admitted to the Hospital because of the blood clot in her brain. And her total Bill was $36,855.00, I need help to set up a payment as she can not work until she gets her residency here in Canada. She is struggling right now because of the blood clot in her brain.
