Lola needs emergency surgery

My sweet Lola started showing signs of illness about 48 hours ago. In that time period her condition rapidly deteriorated. She was transferred from our regular vet, to central emergency hospital where she was diagnosed with a mucous seal or plug of the gallbladder. It is life threatening.
She needs surgery asap to save her life.
Only a specialist can do this surgery and it's costly. We were sent to Cornell in Stamford, where the stablized her for a bit and for emergency surgery with a specialist. They quoted me between $15,000-$20,000. I would need to pay the low end up front, but fell short and didn't get enough care credit. I've already spent a couple of thousand between the other 2 vets.
I reached out to a friend who has some connections. We then made a decision to transfer her to a 4th veterinarian hospital/specialist out in New York. This Veterinarian quoted us significantly less but it's still a large amount.
I can't let her die because of money.
Please, please help us. It's Christmas.
