Quebec International PeeWee Hockey Tournament 2023

Donation protected
Dears Friends & Family,

We are excited to announce that the Durham West U13AA Girls Hockey Team will participating in the historical Quebec International Peewee Tournament from February 8 - 19.
This legendary tournament has existed for 62 years without a female division, which marks a first for female hockey players everywhere to create a future opportunity to play in this tournament.

We have been the only team from Ontario selected to represent the province, taking a giant step in creating equal opportunities for females in the great game of hockey. This is an exciting opportunity for our team to travel and compete against some of the best female hockey players from the other 11 teams selected worldwide.
It also provides our players a fantastic chance to develop teamwork and sportsmanship while creating long-lasting memories, friendships, and future leaders in the community.

However, the travel cost associated with such a fantastic opportunity can create a financial burden on the players' families. Therefore, we are asking for your assistance to help raise funds to cover some of the travel costs of the tournament. All funds raised will go directly towards tournament fees and expenses. Any donation, no matter how big or small, is greatly appreciated.
Please share our fundraising page with your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours.
By donating, you help create the future story for female hockey players in this historic event.

We appreciate your support,

The Durham West Lightning U13AA Players and Coaching Staff
