The 3P in Africa Team: A 3P Grassroots Movement of Transformation

The 3P in Africa Team, under the leadership of Harry Derbitsky of ACT Training Inc., began its journey just two and a half years ago. Today, it proudly supports approximately 20 active 3 Principles (3P) projects across Uganda, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, and Burundi.

This dynamic and diverse team is made up of three Canadians—each original students of Sydney Banks from Salt Spring Island—alongside an educator from Germany and the UK, and fifteen passionate African 3P educators. Together, they are leading 3P programs in refugee camps, schools, youth initiatives, women’s groups, community outreach, orphanages, and alcohol recovery centers.

A Few Key Highlights:

The successful launch and operation of the 3P Nakivale Addiction & Mental Health Team
The successful weekly training of a 4 month Advanced 3P course for 27 Advanced Students from 5 villages in Nakivale Refugee Camp, Uganda
A thriving bimonthly webinar series: 3PAE (3 Principles African Educators)
The free Zahara Curriculum Series, including “Zahara Asks What is Love?” and “Zahara Teaches What is Love?
3P teachings delivered by a Christian Bishop, bridging spiritual traditions
Full financial support for Homa Bay Orphanage, Kenya
Several 3P African Educators teaching/sharing in Europe and North America

What sets the 3P in Africa Team apart is its foundation of no marketing, minimal funding, and a deep commitment to maintaining the spiritual purity of the 3 Principles. The success of this movement is a testament to the power of insight, African spirit, and the universal truth at the heart of the 3 Principles.
