Help a queer, neurodivergent artist move!

Hello, my name is Molly (lilachysteria) and I’m a queer, neurodivergent artist who wishes to become financially independent from my conservative Christian family and move closer to my queer family. Unfortunately, this would mean moving more than halfway across the country, which is currently out of the realm of financial possibility for me at the moment. At almost 30, having to continuously hide my queer identity from my family has taken a toll on my mental health, and makes it difficult to maintain steady work. I’m hoping moving out and having the environment to be my full self will help me find more work and become more financially independent. My mental illnesses also make me high risk for COVID-19, and my current home situation is very much not welcome to accommodate my health needs. The current goal is set for 10k as I don’t have employment set up where I would like my new home to be, but this may change in the future & would decrease the goal substantially! I’ll update this gfm if anything changes. Every dollar is appreciated, and if we’re able to make this happen, I would like to put together a huge thank you gift in the form of a poster or zine for those who have contributed!
