Hi my name is Erin, I am 13 years old and I am fundraising to join the camps international expedition to Kenya, Africa.

Here I will be working on sustainable projects with local people, helping to support the local community, wildlife and environment.

It is a 4 week camp starting with community projects such as:

Tree planting
Animal de-worming
Learning the local culture with rural communities, making bread and local crafts.
Wildlife conservation, protecting elephants and other large animals, Lions and Giraffes.

Even making paper from elephant dung which brings a source of income for the locals!
Rebuilding schools and community buildings

And lots more. All of these projects will benefit the deserving communities we visit. For myself it will help develop teamwork and leadership skills, and a greater understanding and appreciation of the world I live in, so that in the future I can make positive change.

In return for any donations I will add company logos to my camp t-shirt and show and promote the sponsors on all my updates and communications.
