Stand by Jennifer in Her Time of Need

My mom is my best friend and has cared for and held me through all of my health troubles and I am here trying to do the same for her. I will never be able to repay her for the care and love she's given me, but this is an attempt to. I am trying to raise funds for my mom, Jennifer. Due to a horrible accident during what should have been a good day seeing lights for the holidays, my mom broke her leg. While we were walking at The Grotto, lights that usually illuminate an area where the path has a ditch full of water between the path and some rocks were not on. This caused her to not see the ditch and she fell, breaking her fibula and tibia. She has received surgery to her leg and is now home, trying to rehabilitate and function as she normally would. She is attending physical therapy, and slowly learning how to walk again. Medical bills have begun to arrive, so far $150,000 worth. We are hoping and looking for assistance paying for these medical bills and time away from work. We would be inexplicably grateful to any and everyone who has the means and is willing to donate. The holidays are supposed to be a happy and joyful time, but unfortunately for us, it’s a time of stress and cheerlessness.
