As we come together in love as a community at large, during this sore time of our mourning our beloved Principal Norris Ncube and precious Malia  Siziba, our hearts remain hopeful in the full recovery of Joshua Ncube, Jessie Ncube, Deon Siziba, Anita Buhle Nkoma. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

My name is Bonani Ndabambi,  I am Norris' cousin and aunt to the 5 children. I live here in Indianapolis with the parties in question. In our Zimbabwean culture, when an individual dies, the community comes together to assist in the funeral expenses (even when provisions have been made), as a way to mourn with the families. It is known as 'imali yomganu' in Ndebele or 'chema' in Shona, directly translated as 'tears'. So for this reason the communities requested that I put it online to make it accessible for those outside of Indianapolis. This money will be used for funeral expenses if need be, feeding the families gathered at the respective homes during the funeral preparations, hospital expenses for the survivors and any other expenses incurred during this tragic event. Monies will be transferred to a bank account and then given to the families affected. Thank you all for your kindness!
