Help Jim

Donation protected
A good husband, amazing father, great friend and a damn good tree cutter is currently in need of your help. As many of you may have heard, my husband, Jim, has gotten into a bad accident and it is a miracle he is alive today. He was extracted from the bucket of his zoom. Sent tumbling down the limbs of trees, bounced off the roof of a house and landed on the ground. As much as it sounds like it couldn't possibly get any worst, it did. As he hit the ground the bucket of the zoom came down crushing his leg and bringing the hydro line along with it to electrocute him. Can't get any worse, right?! Think again.  Jim has spent the last 6 days in the intensive care unit in Hull, QC. All his ribs are broken, his leg bones have been replaced with rods, his spline is swollen, his pelvic broken and just in January of 2018 he had a serious back surgery which now his vertibre is out of place. Needless to say, this man is suffering with a lot of pain. Accidents happen and you never know when something so tragic can take place. Jim was under the impression that he was just loading the zoom onto a float to head over to the first job in line that day. Unfortunately due to the mindset of believing you are only loading a zoom onto a float, he didn't have himself tied and that means his insurance won't compensate him for the time he needs for this long recovery. We are in sincere need of your help for donations to help us along the route of recovery. Anything helps and we greatly appreciate it. Please keep Jim in your prayers until he is home safe and sound and recovering.

Sincerely, his wife;
Loretta
