3RS THP Foster Youth Transitioning to Adulthood

3RS Transitional Housing Program provides housing to foster kids that are exiting foster and group homes along with providing support to live and grow as adults. Our clients are starting out their adult lives with little to nothing, some with children of their own, and we help with providing everything needed to support their journey. This ranges from school supplies, to work gear, to providing them with all necessary household items. Our program is incredibly important to the community as our focus is to prevent homelessness in our foster youth while also guiding them to thrive in their environments.
