Earl Starr's Eminent Domain Case

Hi my name is Earl Starr I have a son Zion. I purchased a home to allow for taking care of my son with the loss of his mom due to cancer. In purchasing the home found out there were orders on the home to replace windows replace downspouts and tuckpoint my chimney, after having it done I was pressured by the city to allow them inside for them to add more reasons to have to purchase permits. My rights were violated in the process and i need representation. No lawyer in Cincinnati will represent me, so i have to get someone from Columbus, or further away Judges have power. My home is mine.
