A Denture Free Life
Donation protected
After a botched dental surgery, our beloved matriarch has endured surgery after surgery only to lose her jaw and teeth. A replacement jaw was implanted, but this bone could not accept the dental implants forcing Nancy to get dentures that constantly cause irritation, discomfort and lowers self esteem. Today, 05/17/17, Nancy goes in to have her first surgery in hopes to repair her mouth to its former glory. She will once again have to have a jaw transplant, this time using a stem cell process to help it heal correctly. Once it is healed in 5-9 months, she will go back and begin the teeth implant process. These teeth will be in her gums, not glued on top, allowing her to eat normally and most importantly smile her beautiful smile again! Of course none of these procedures are free, and for two elderly people living off of one retirement income, the cost has been consuming. Nancy and Bob have drained all of their savings and have been forced to take out a loan to cover the costs. This extra payment coupled with no money to cover the "what ifs" is creating more stress that these two hard working and loving people can deal with. Please find it in your heart and in your wallet to donate anything you can. Every little bit helps, and gets them one step closer to being able to enjoy the golden years they both have earned!
