Steve Strong!
In March 2019, our good friend and i9 Sports co-worker Steve Fuller began experiencing severe stomach pain which was quickly diagnosed as stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Unfortunately, surgery to remove Steve's "golf size" tumors in his pancreas was not an option, and his cancer continued to spread to his Lymphs. Steve began treatment in July 2019 at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, and continues to receive chemotherapy every two weeks.
Before cancer took over his body and life, Steve was active in helping build homes during the week. On the weekends, Steve was instrumental in coaching our local i9 Sports youth leagues. He has been a beloved member of our team since our franchise began over 10 years ago. Steve is also a loving uncle to his six nephews, and enjoys playing softball on his spare time. Sadly, Steve hasn't been able to work or do anything physical since June 2019. Each day is a continual struggle and cancer has created an immense financial hardship on him.
Any generosity will help offset medical & home expenses. We thank you & appreciate all the outpouring of love and support being sent. We firmly believe there is strength in numbers and we hope you join us in this fight! God bless and thank you for being part of Team Steve!
