Flood victim support Oneida/Herkimer Counties

My name is Tammy Sgroi and I live in Barneveld, NY. On Halloween night mother nature brought high winds and a lot of rain to Oneida and Herkimer counties, and overnight it created so much flooding and devastated many areas. Many had to abandon their homes and some came back to nothing. After volunteering my time to help the victims with cleanup or buying items they needed right away, I decided I wanted to do more for them. Even if it were only to help a few get some things they desperately needed. Seeing as small towns or counties tend to not get enough aid and are overlooked, many don't have the financials to replace what has been lost. Would like the money raised to be divied out to families who need beds, appliances, clothing, lumber, carpeting and so many other things. Money will be distributed via gift cards from stores that carry whatever the flood victims need. They will be personally handed out by me when the money is withdrawn. With the holidays quickly approaching it will be even harder for these families. Also the cold weather never helps situations. Some of the towns these funds will go to are Ohio NY, Poland NY, Newport NY, Coldbrook NY, Dolgeville NY, Middleville NY, Whitesboro NY and any other towns in need. Anything you can donate will be appreciated. Lets open our hearts and wallets and give the biggest gift this holiday season-Our love and support.
