November 1, 2018 I have achieved the goal of getting an apartment. I moved in 11.6.2018. I still owe the campground 1k, my van is in terrible shape. I hope to raise enough to get a reliable car that can fit in my apartment garage. Then i wish to resurrect Red Dragon Tv. I need a new high end computer and several other items to make it happen. My wardrobe is still very much looking like i live on the streets. Thank you to all who supported me. AJ Below is original fundraiser.... MADISON, WI I am a 54-year-old Marine Corps Veteran with a Service Connected Disability. I have been homeless for four years and do not have any family. From November of 2017 to April 2018, I lived in my van for six months. Spending winter in my was extremely difficult. I now live in a 10x7 feet camper. My two dogs live with me. A cell phone is my source of communication. I want to improve my quality of life, and that is why I hope you would consider helping me through my Rising Up campaign. My primary goals are to rise up, get permanent housing, and fix my van which needs a transmission. I also want to resurrect my streaming broadcast studio called Red Dragon TV ( https://t.co/kGWzTVqE0m ). Although I lost track of 8.2 million live viewers, I know I can rebuild my audience and studio again. Red Dragon TV was an Internet television broadcasting station that provided a highway for independent talent to be seen around the world. I thought of selling some of my music to make money, but I need a stable place to live to make that happen. Music is therapeutic for me; performing it helps me cope with PTSD. https://t.co/k8cwdf0IlK I would love to use my musical talents to heal others who have faced extreme challenges, too. I located a house where I could get a new start by having roomates which would help to bring in income to help with expenses. Once I get on my feet, I will help other veterans to rise up. I have not found a place yet. If I go over the amount needed to meet my goals, remaining funds would be used to help other veterans who need support. I appreciate any donations that can be made to help me. Spreading the word is appreciated. In the past, I was contacted by scammers who wanted me to pay to promote my campaign. With your help, I can properly get the word out this time. Donations of any amount will allow me to get closer to reaching goals. Wolf Howl Vlog Updates I will be doing regular updates here: Wolf Howl Vlog Phase 1 To get a cheaper, seasonal campsite. (Still need $675.00) Phase 2 Try to purchase a used mobile home at the seasonal campsite. Phase 3 Get a 4 wheel drive pick up truck for winter. Phase 4 Get a 4 wheel drive pick up for Wisconsin winter. Phase 5 Find an affordable place to live. Phase 6 Resurrect Red Dragon TV. Focus will be on veterans and non veterans to help them rise up and obtain housing!
