Thai House(Millburn) destroyed by Hurricane Ida

Hi，my name is Kaiwei(Kevin) Cao and I’m the owner of Thai House Restaurant in downtown Millburn,NJ.

We would like to thank the community, and all of the volunteers that came to Thai house to help clean up. We are extremely grateful to all that has assisted us. COVID-19 made it hard to stay in business already and with the flood it became very difficult. Thai house is a small family owned business. Unfortunately the damage is far to expensive for us to afford to repair and so there is a high possibility we may not be able reopen the restaurant. We are very helpless and reluctant to end the restaurant that we have worked so hard for so many years. We hope that kind people from all walks of life can help us through the difficulties so that our restaurant can be renovated and continue to operate. We’re hoping for donations to repair the damages.
