I desperately need Help

I have had a Difficult year, and while it is not easy for me, I must reach out and ask for Help. On October 8th, I fell and Broke my Right Hip, had surgery and went into a Rehab Center for Therapy and Care. Unfortunately, I had to miss almost a Month of work and didn’t receive any Income for the Month. In addition, I also had Surgery in January, A severe case of Covid in May, A prostate Procedure in September and now the Fall. I was struggling Financially before this year with some unpaid Bills going back to dealing with both of my Parents suffering from Lewy Body Dementia and Alzheimer's. I also got laid off from my job right after my Mom passed away and was off work for almost 3 years. I have done all I can do to try and stay ahead and was doing OK until I got sick this year and had to miss so much time from work and reduced hours. But with this latest setback, I honestly do not have the money to pay the Rent Next Month, so any help you can offer will be Greatly appreciated. Any Money raised will be used to pay Medical Bills, Outstanding Debts for my Caretaker and some repairs to accommodate my needs that are needed on my House
