Vet Bills for Simba

Donation protected
Hi Neighbors!
Our 18 month old pup, Simba is very sick and we had to take her to the emergency vet clinic last night. Today, she's still bleeding and vomiting. She's at the vet now, because the overnight clinic doesn't have day care. Tonight, they want us to bring her back to the emergency vet clinic for observation again. The problem is, this has financially drained us already. We're already at 3k in vet bills for less than 24 hours, and they're going to want more. We took out a loan for this, but...ugh. We just need a bit of help, please.
Thanks.

Update:
She's still pooping and vomiting blood. The vet isn't open overnight or tomorrow because of the weather so they sent us home with her and gave us IV fluids to give her at home.
In less than 24 hours we spent $3000 just to get her stable ($2500 put on the care credit -maxed out. The rest on my credit card.)
They wanted us to go to a 24hour er for $1500/day MINIMUM.

...there is just no way we can afford this. We've exhausted all our options. We will follow up on Wed with the vet, and hope for the best.
Parvo has been ruled out. They believe it is anaphylaxis shock from some sort of allergy- likely bitten by something.
Alternatively, it could be Addisons Disease.
