AEDS for Chaska Youth Sports Parks

Tax deductible
The Chaska Baseball Association, Chaska Cubs, and the City of Chaska have come together to raise funds to provide AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) at various parks throughout Chaska.

AEDs are crucial for quick responses to cardiac emergencies. The average response time for first responders once 911 is called is 8-12 minutes, and for each minute defibrillation is delayed, the odds of survival are reduced by approximately 10%, having access to an AED and knowing how to use one, is critical. See additional information from Korey Stringer Institute

Many of us have personal experience with loss due to sudden cardiac arrest or have been blessed to have our loved ones saved by quick actions during this critical time. Our goal is to provide this life-saving equipment at the following parks Community, Sunset, Lions, and Pioneer. It's worth the cost if they save even one life...a mother, a father, a grandparent, or a child.

Each unit costs around $1,500. There would be some additional costs for training and yearly maintenance.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to get the program up and running as soon as possible. Please donate in whatever amount you can. Help us in making these essential life-saving devices available at our youth sports fields. Make a difference by donating today.
