A Hand-up For Toddzilla

Being a musician in Nashville allows for many acquaintances and peers and "buds" as they say. But friends? People you can truly count on in moments of crisis, moments where you need love, a shoulder to cry on, or someone to simply listen when you need to be heard? Those are a little more rare. The circle becomes smaller.
But one thing has remained constant since I moved here a couple of years ago. And that's Todd Austin AKA "Toddzilla".
From the moment I saw him perform "Drop Dead Legs" with Thee Rock N' Roll Residency to the moment we had lunch a couple weeks after, I knew I had found a truly good person, and what I feel will be a lifelong friendship was born.
Well that friend lost his home yesterday. He lost his furry family of cats, his beautiful guitars, and all of his recording, and live stage gear. And that beautiful badass car that you've seen him driving around town in? It's gone. It's all gone.
For those of you who know Todd, you know he's a generous, sweet, kind, and incredibly giving individual who often goes out of his way to help others. He's a wonderful musician and is a staple of Nashville all the way around. There's simply nobody else like him.
And he's lost everything but the suitcases he had with him. He's waaaay too humble to do a page like this himself, so I'm starting one for him because Nashville, I know you'll do the right thing.
You've done it for so many others. I've seen it with David Black, Smith Curry among others. I know you'll be instrumental in helping Todd recover from this awful situation. Thank you for your generosity in advance. Let's get Todd back on his feet quickly!
