Trevor's Medical Expenses

My name is Trevor and I have Cerebral Palsy and I need to travel to Minneapolis over the next few months for some surgeries for my health. I can't get services locally. My provider does not have the staff to assist me in these trips so I have to privately hire someone. The cost for direct care is $700/day plus hotel, food, and gas for the travel. I am hopeful if I get the surgeries I need, I will no longer be in pain, nauseated, or uncomfortable, however I fear how I will pay for all of this and I worry about my life.

With this fundraiser, I can provide a hotel for myself and staff, pay staff, buy food for staff and I, and pay for gas and my oil changes in my van so we can travel. I also have associated costs with medicines that are not covered by Medicaid my doctor wants me to try. Those are up to $100/week right now.

My trips and travel over the next few months will consist of at least 5 to have consults, surgeries, follow ups, etc. I expect there to be more.
