Dr. Robert James, beloved pediatrician

Dr. James was not only a skilled pediatrician but also a kind and caring person His passion for working with children started at a young age, after an incident that made him realize his calling in life. Throughout his childhood, he was a social kid who loved spending time with his friends, playing sports, and traveling for games.

As a pediatrician, Dr. James had a special way of connecting with his patients and their families. He understood the importance of building trust with young patients and made it a point to create a comfortable and welcoming environment in his office. He even taught himself Spanish and braille to better communicate with his patients and their families.

Patents and children alike loved Dr. James for his ability to make them feel at ease during appointments. He had a way of distracting children during procedures and always had a smile on his face. His laughter and positive energy filled the falls of his office, and he truly had a gift for working with children.

Unfortunately, on March 13th, Dr. James suffered from complications related to his asthma and allergies, which ultimately led to a cardiac arrest. His passing has left his family and community devasted, and they are now facing unexpected medical and funeral expenses. We hope to honor Dr. James' memory by coming together to support his loved ones during this difficult time. Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Once all medical and funeral expenses have been paid, the remaining donations will be donated to Dr. James' favorite charity - St. Jude's Research Hospital. Memorial Services for Dr. James will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 5:00 pm and will be held at Hansen Mortuary located at 8314 N 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
