Surgery

Friends & Family,

as you know Ive been in a horrible accident that lead me to need surgery for my teeth. A few nights ago I fell down a flight of stairs in my own home. I was knocked out unconscious and rushed to the hospital. I was given x-rays of my hands, my elbow, shoulder, jaw and a CT Scan of my head. We came to the realization that I was going to need surgery to remove my teeth and replace them with implants, I need a bonegraft 3x, soft tissue allograft 3x, then following with second stage implant surgery, needing the crowns as well.

Unfortunately I cannot cover these cost because I can no longer go back to work in this condition. My medical/Dental Insurance may not cover these cost, and It leads me to pay out of pocket. Im in a lot of debt as of now and truly need the help. Im asking whatever you guys maybe able to help me with, will be truly appreciated. I thank you so much in advance.
