I am Dina Leor, owner of La Sirena Mexican Folk Art.

La Sirena is celebrating 25 years!

Twenty-five years of helping support artisans from many regions of Mexico.

Everything is hand made by another human being!

Since the pandemic lockdown, people have been more used to shopping online. This has cut down a lot on sales.

I have been paying rent out of pocket for a few months. I've been in denial that I have no more funds to carry on.

I am in a picle, I can’t afford to stay open the way things are and at the same time, I have way too much beautiful folk art to close.

During these times, small businesses need help. Small businesses are the heart, fabric and soul of NYC.
