Carl Zemke Medical Support Fund

Hello friends,
My name is Ursula Froehlich and on behalf of many friends and loved ones I am sharing a story which is very near and dear to our hearts and hopefully to many of you as well.  Our childhood friend Carl Zemke has recently been diagnosed with Glioblastoma which has proven to be the biggest challenge of his life. For those of you who are (thankfully) not familiar with this disease, it is an aggressive form of cancer which begins in the brain and wreaks enourmous havoc on one's body. Carl is blessed to have the love and support of God, his friends and family, amazing wife and soulmate Kat, and an incredibly talented medical team at the University of Michigan. Yet the daily challenges continue and this is where  you may be able to make a difference. In addition to mounting medical bills, normal living expenses become difficult to fulfill when employment is interrupted in such a physically and emotionally draining capacity. If you are able to contribute a realistic and comfortable donation to this campaign, please know it will go towards helping Carl and Kat with daily living expenses and medical obligations.
