On June 24, Cole Franklin Mabry headed towards home in the early hours of Monday morning, when for an unexplainable reason he was in a terrible accident on Liberty Road and was thrown from his vehicle, knocked unconscious, and he was airlifted to CMC Main. Upon arriving at the hospital Cole was placed on life support, doctors did their best to save Cole but God had much bigger plans for him! At 6:03 Monday night Cole went to be with the Lord. Cole had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He never met a stranger and was a best friend to many, he cared for everyone he was around and lived everyday to the fullest. He touched so many people's hearts throughout our community. Cole was 19, a recent graduate of East Rowan High School and had big dreams for the lifetime ahead of him. We lost an angel, but God gained one of the most beautiful souls.  We have recently been informed that Cole chose to be an organ donor in 2017 and has blessed/saved up to 8 people's lives. This donation page's funds will go directly to his Father and Step-Mother Dennis & Dianna Mabry as well as his Mother,  Sabrina Mabry for the medical and funeral expenses they will face.
