4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours

Ive seen one of my team mates at the Army Boxing Team try this challenge out. The challenge consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.

it works out that I’ll be doing 12 4 mile runs and cover a distance of 48 miles. 

I’ll be running throughout the night and day. Decided to run at 10am, 14:00, 18:00, 22:00, 02:00, 06:00, and repeated twice. All which will be tracked on Strava. 

Reason why I’m doing this to raise money for my civilian boxing club (Attleborough Boxing Club) to help them raise money for the club during these times. They’re all volunteers and give a lot of their time to help better youngsters and they need money to help keep the club up and running, so the boxers can eventually get back to business after all this. They’ve been a massive part in my journey, helping me massively and to becoming 2x national champion and helping me progress on to representing the British Army. I want to give them something back. Every little helps. Thanks In  advance for supporting.
