Lucky to be alive, Mikayla's medical costs and car

Donation protected
Monday night my firstborn was accidentally shot in the back at close range when a coworkers gun fell out of his pocket.   I was standing right next to her and despite my emergency training, was sure I was going to watch my daughter die in my arms.  Miraculously, the bullet exited her body without damaging any organs and she will fully recover.  Still, the hospital bill is about 2000 and we might also see a separate bill from the ambulance. Additionally she was out of work all week and probably most of the next.

I am reluctant to ask for help but our family is in urgent financial need. If you have been richly blessed and can donate please know that you will be helping us all in a very difficult time.  We work hard to make ends meet, and budget carefully to avoid debts, but this incident could bury us if I can't  figure something out.

Any funds donated to this cause will be used in the following order:

Ensuring a follow up appointment with a doctor to check her wound.
Paying the hospital bill at Mercy Springfield.
Paying any additional bills related to the incident (ambulance trip)
Replacing lost wages in order to pay our electric and water bill next month.
Getting our one vehicle repaired and inspected, paying vehicle registration for legal driving.

If we are so blessed; any additional funds will be put towards a used vehicle for Mikalya.

Thank you and may God bless and protect you as He has us.
