40 Years of Giving, Now They Need Us: Support Robin and John

For over 40 years, Robin and John Tanner have been beloved members of the Benicia community. Always first to lend a hand, they have touched countless lives with their generosity, kindness, and unwavering support. Now, they need our help.

John, a skilled general building contractor, has been battling a severe foot infection for the past seven years. This has left him unable to work or even walk consistently, despite enduring numerous surgeries, treatments and medical interventions. His condition has recently worsened, with his leg swelling inexplicably, and doctors are still searching for answers.

Robin, the happiest and most giving person many of us know, has had to step into the role of full-time caregiver for John. This has left her unable to work, compounding their financial strain.

The Tanners are drowning in medical bills, copays, and the cost of daily living, with Social Security falling far short of their needs. They face the heartbreaking decision to sell their beloved home, but before they can do so, they have immediate needs to keep afloat. The financial stress is overwhelming, and they need help now to unbury themselves from this crisis.
