Willow’s elbow dysplasia surgery

Hi my name is Tamara and im fundraising for my 7month old puppy willows elbow dysplasia surgery, we do have her insured but unfortunately due to me taking her to her vaccinations at 10 weeks old and mentioning she had a small limp as puppies do and will injury themselves they are now saying classed as a pre existing condition although shes had no treatment or medication until an xray a few weeks ago which brought us upto date with what is happening with our pup. I am fighting our pet insurance and going through the financial ombudsman but they can take 6-8months before any decisions are made and in the meantime she desperately needs this surgery so we are left with an unaffordable bill to pay and i don’t even want to think of any other options as shes a huge part of our family and such a lovely puppy. I know times financially are hard but even just a share of this post i will be very grateful thankyou
