Support Buncombe Families After Hurricane Helene
Donation protected
The Allens and Foremans of Black Mountain, NC, the Petersons from Marion NC, the Lancasters from Swannanoa NC, the Iveys from Asheville NC, and the Chastains from Fairview NC are a few among many families in the Buncombe county area whose homes, businesses, and livelihoods have been impacted by Hurricane Helene. Loss of work and potential income as well as extensive damage done to home and personal items has left the community with a lot of questions and uncertainty. We have been overwhelmed with love and support already in the form of water, food, gasoline, and the physical presence of individuals outside of our communities coming together to offer aid to us. As the dust settles and the impacted towns begin to return to their normal lives, we do anticipate the full impact of an entire livelihood being washed away to finally land. Support for these families and many more would be immensely appreciated. We are full of gratitude for what we have been spared and for what has already been given. We choose love over fear.
