Save a Dancer's (and Musician's) Home

After paying mortgage all these years, I, like so many others, fell behind. And now of course the bank and it's lawyers are beginning the foreclosure procedures.

Unlike so many others, this house has been more than paid for. Out of a $50,000 loan, already $72,000 has been paid. So, to keep it, I can either pay the balance remaining in the loan (about $18,000), or there can be a "deal" with their law firm where I pay (quickly) about $6000 to just get re-instated on the loan and pay off their lawyers who are adding in fee after fee...

I have spent most of my adult life as a performer and before that doing healing work with people... Always I have striven to create more joy and beauty in this world for all to enjoy (not always being as successful at it as I would like, but hey, I am human, too!). I do so hope to be able to stay in my home and continue to as much as possible to be a creator of joy, healing and beauty in this world. Seems that would most easily accomplished by having a stable home to come to at night...
