Help Bring Mushie Home to Her Loving Family
Donation protected
On September 17, Gabby and Chris dropped their French Bulldog Mushie off at a dog sitter’s house in North Hollywood, CA. The sitter had watched Mushie multiple times before. After 14 minutes, the dog sitter called to tell them she lost Mushie.
Since that night, Chris and Gabby have been tirelessly searching day and night for Mushie, sleeping night after night in their car to be near the spot where she was lost (they live a half hour away) and to be able to respond immediately to every tip of a sighting of a dog that might be Mushie.
They are taking as much time as they can off from work. They are doing all they can to bring her home, including flooding the surrounding areas with flyers, posting all over social media, walking the streets and visiting dog parks, talking to anyone who will listen, and speaking to news outlets. This is a clip of them on Fox 11: https://youtu.be/ZZuluZDHGTo.
Gabby and Chris adopted Mushie from a rescue after she had spent her entire life at a breeder, repeatedly forced to have litter after litter. Since French Bulldogs basically cannot have natural birth, they must have C-sections. From all of her litters, Mushie had so much scar tissue that when it was time to be spayed, the vet told Gabby and Chris they didn't know if she was going to make it through. Fortunately she did.
That was the life Mushie had before and for the past almost two years Gabby and Chris have been doing everything to make her forget and give her a wonderful new life. They love her more than anything and just want their dog back.
Please help Gabby and Chris bring Mushie home by donating to raise money for a reward that may give incentive to whoever has her to return her to her family - no questions asked.
Mushie is a spayed Black Brindle French Bulldog with a white chest. She has big ears and no tail.
